Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales SPOC to manage and drive our on-ground sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with retailers, increasing sales, and ensuring our brand's visibility and availability across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Promote Volets IceCream products to retailers, ensuring optimal placement and visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor and increase product availability.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns retailers may have regarding our products.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the management team on progress and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Promotions and Events:
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
- Work with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or ice cream industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad market and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Telugu; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
