Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Meet with architects, contractors, and end users to understand their needs and promote products.
• Conduct frequent sales meetings and calls to engage with customers and achieve sales targets.
• Tap into potential clients, architects, and dealers in assigned areas to generate business and meet sales goals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with target audiences daily to explore untapped markets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and discuss product offerings.
• Schedule and conduct sales visits with potential clients.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Give product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Identify and understand customers requirements to offer suitable solutions.
• Keep updated knowledge of products and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building material industry.
• Initiative and enthusiasm to drive sales initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
