Who are we

Whys* is a Design Accelerator. Now, What does that mean As our founder said, it's like Building a Spiderman suit for your Peter Parker. The cherry on top is that Whys* is just a 1-year-old with a team of 5 people with an average youthfulness of 24 years. So you get to be in the core decision-making team and create an actual impact! We are an organisation that builds brands and makes products awesome.

We have worked with early-stage startup founders to growth-stage series startups, what we do is not rocket science we build world-class brands with the power of Design. We have successfully created 20+ Brands, 25+ Websites, 10+ Product Designs

At the stage we are in, you get to build something that will take over the world and communicate your ideas trying to make a dent; all we need are some guns in our arsenal. To build, define and nurture the Brand Whys*!

This Is What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Identify and generate high-quality, high-ticket leads in the branding, web design, and product design space.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage with early-stage startups and established businesses.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for high-value projects.
  4. Nurture relationships with decision-makers, founders, and C-level executives to secure contracts.
  5. Conduct thorough research on prospects to tailor your outreach and maximize conversion rates.
  6. Collaborate closely with the internal design and branding teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
  7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

You are a fit if you go these:

  1. Proven track record in generating high-ticket B2B leads (preferably in design, branding, or tech sectors).
  2. Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems.
  3. Ability to craft compelling outreach messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
  4. Experience in conducting sales outreach via multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.).
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  7. Experience with startups or fast-growing companies is a plus.

Job Details

Details

Full-time remote job

5-day work week, Monday- Friday

Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Salary Range: 30k-55k
