Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to promote and sell our IT solutions with an acute understanding of business concepts, good logical & analytical skills, and a penchant for interacting with international clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals. This role involves setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and achieve sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Here's what you'll be doing at UIUX Studio:
-Lead a team of IT Sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and increase revenue.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
-Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and provide ongoing training and development for the team.
-Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, preparing and presenting reports to management on sales
performance and forecasts.
-Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and market developments to identify potential areas for business growth.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth sales operations.
-Act as a mentor to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.

-Proven experience as a successful sales professional in the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
sales targets.

-In-depth knowledge of the IT Industry, including products, services, and market trends.
-Demonstrate ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
