With 3 education centers, we work with schools across the UK & Europe, providing coding workshops and clubs to over 100 schools monthly to help improve GCSE & A-Level results.
Job Summary:
The School of Coding is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on leads generated through various channels, nurturing relationships, and converting potential students into enrolled participants. This role is essential for driving our enrollment growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and outreach efforts to qualify potential students for our courses.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with leads to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to enrollment.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations over the phone or via video calls to engage leads and highlight the benefits of our courses.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead follow-up strategies and tactics tailored to the education sector.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system, tracking progress and updating status as necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from leads regarding their experience and reasons for conversion or non-conversion to help improve enrollment strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead follow-up activities and outcomes to share with the sales team and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a passion for education and student success.
