Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer service, conducting sales, providing training, and managing sales efforts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• proven experience in real estate (0.6-1 years)
• Demonstrated sales experience and proficiency
• Experience in providing training to team members
• Proven sales management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
