The candidate shall be involved in selling Specialty Chemicals, Emulsions & Allied products. He/she will target suitable prospective clients and visit them frequently. The candidate will have set sales targets that the candidate is expected to accomplish each month.
Product Portfolio: Emulsions for Water-based inks and coatings, heat seal coatings, primers for flexible films, PUDs for Coatings Automobiles, Paints, Industrial, construction chemicals and Adhesives, etc.
Skills Required
Candidate will set up meetings with potential customers to fully understand their requirements and generate sales.
Candidate will ensure sales goals are met deal closure ratio is maximized and
report sales data, including activity and opportunity statistics, quotes, pipeline & forecast.
Travel to different regions to attend Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Conferences to Network and identify new Prospects.
The candidate should be a strong communicator and achiever along with good negotiation skills.
Implement sales strategies, policies and processes to achieve or exceed sales in the respective target Accounts and target markets.
Ensure orders received are based on acceptable commercial and secured payment terms.
Follow through with customers for timely payments and debt recovery in line with the agreed contract.
Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through customer meetings.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors products, prices, and sales.
