Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Leminos Laboratories Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide product knowledge and support to clients, conduct market research, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Additional qualifications such as knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, proficiency in CRM software, and fluency in multiple languages would be highly beneficial.
