Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in the corporate, enterprise, educational, and university sectors in India.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand clients learning and development needs and propose tailored digital learning solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our digital learning solutions.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling digital learning solutions or related products/services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mind-set.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the learning and development industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata) as needed.
