- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-7 years in AV/UC product sales with proven success in client meetings and deal closures.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV/UC products and emerging technologies.
- Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Direct Selling: Strong expertise in direct sales, effectively engaging clients face-to-face to drive sales conversions.
