Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, and training. You will work closely with clients, providing them with exceptional service, and helping them navigate through our coding programs. Your role will also involve sales management, including generating leads and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and training
• Experience in sales management
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in the software engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
