You will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting products and services that meet their needs, while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hair and skin care products is desirable.

Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including product displays.

• Targets :- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Lead Generation:- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hair and skin care products and services.
• Patient Education:- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Appointment Setting:- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and follow-ups
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment bookings in our CRM system.
• Professional Representation:- Uphold a positive and professional image of EVOKE Hair & Skin Clinic during all interactions.
