Job Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in developing and driving sales, building relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent service to clients across the digital marketing, online education, and drone reselling sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Outreach:
  • Identify and research potential clients within target sectors.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to introduce Digivik's products and services.
Sales Presentations and Product Demos:
  • Engage with prospects through presentations and demos, highlighting the value and features of our offerings.
  • Tailor sales pitches to align with client needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and record sales activities and results using CRM software.
Market Feedback and Collaboration:
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, edtech, or technology sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
