Job Description-
1- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition -Identify and source new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling and referrals.
2- Client Relationship Management -Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
3- Sales Target Achievement -Meet or exceed the sales targets as set by the company (monthly, quarterly, annual).
4- Market Research and Competitor Analysis -Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
5- Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation -Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
6- Team Collaboration and Leadership- Work closely with marketing, operations and product development teams to align business development efforts.
7- Reporting and Analytics -Maintain records of business development activities, pipeline progress and client interactions.
8- Brand and Product Promotion- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting the company's products and services.
9- Partnerships and Alliances - Identify and establish partnerships or alliances that can enhance business opportunities.
