Sales Achievement:
Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers, promoting relevant plans, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Employ upselling techniques where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
Consultative Selling:
Provide personalised consultations to help customers make well-informed decisions regarding their health and wellness needs. Communicate benefits and usage effectively.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Foster a positive and supportive environment to build lasting customer relationships.
