Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive our efforts in the Indian market focusing on influencer solutions. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on influencers
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence by leveraging our influencer network across the country
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Understand client objectives and challenges, providing tailored influencer marketing solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
3. Sales Presentations and Communication:
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our influencer marketing solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a client-facing role and deep connects in the influencer marketing and/or digital media industry across brands and agencies.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market, particularly in relation to digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
