Role and Purpose of the Position:-
As a Sales Specialist for the Training department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively engaging with clients, understanding their training needs, and converting leads into satisfied customers. Your responsibilities will encompass client interactions, lead generation, revenue conversion, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand client requirements, and build strong relationships will be pivotal in achieving departmental goals.
Primary Responsibilities:-
- You will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- You shall build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations.
- You will conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of our services.
- You will utilize various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads.
- You, under the overview of Director Commercial, shall qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline.
- You will develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- You shall negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize revenue while meeting client expectations.
- You will convert leads into paying customers through effective relationship-building and sales techniques.
- You shall work closely with all the departments to understand available offerings, pricing structures, and delivery timelines.
- You shall coordinate with Marketing to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and messaging.
- You will collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- You shall provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales pipelines, revenue projections, and market trends.
- You shall stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and client management.
- You will seek feedback from clients and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- You shall participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance sales and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the training or education industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
