This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Establishing primary and secondary retail distributor network
Meeting distributors, dealers and retailers on a regular basis
Managing primary, secondary and tertiary sales in the cluster, state or area
Planning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis
Deployment of available manpower for effective utilization
Planning and executing route-map to effectively cover the targeted geography
Qualifications For The Role
- Any graduate, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in retail sales or distribution
- Experience in handling the team
- Experience in product launches
- Capability to conduct promotional marketing activities
- Good communication and relationship skills
