You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Buildings division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager Product and will be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Effectively managing distributors and motivate them to grow, effectively managing receivables
- Appointing channel partners in white spot areas with respect to channels
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target product wise or channel wise
- Growing business for OEM / PB / installer channels in respective territories
- Planning and conducting required promotion activities on regular basis
- Coordinating with team leader and all stake holders. Generating reporting daily and monthly
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Require 5 to 8 years of experience in handling builder's segment in Karnataka
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
