The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase sales and market presence. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential clients.
Client Acquisition: Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Strategy: Promote the companys products/services, addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Contract Negotiation: Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Performance Monitoring: Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Training: Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office
