Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer at Matrix Scientific Inc located in Noida. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for Scientific laboratory instruments troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of testing Scientific instruments together sales. The role also involves effective communication with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills in Scientific laboratory instruments
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills in Scientific laboratory instruments
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have knowledge of scientific laboratory, analytical and testing instrumentation
• Experience in customer service and support
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team, ready to travel throughout PAN India
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Certifications or training in related areas is a plus
• Sales experience of selling scientific laboratory instruments is a plus
