Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Sales Senior Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective prospecting, nurturing client relationships, and program management of the deals. As a Sales Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping achieve revenue targets and expanding our customer base within the B2B sector.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential clients within the B2B market segment. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate leads and establish initial contact.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that address their requirements effectively. Clearly articulate value propositions and answer client inquiries to drive interest and confidence in our solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to sales, understanding the complexities of clients businesses and offering customized solutions that add value and drive mutual success.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use market insights to identify potential areas for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Program management: Push the lead through the entire sales cycle in collaboration with sales leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and drive overall business success.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Skill Requirements
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with a focus on lead generation and qualification
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Partner with the leadership of MathCo in chartering the portfolio growth.
- Manage stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure successful closure of leads.
- Prior proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools is a definite edge.
- Previous experience working with enterprise-level clients or within complex sales cycles.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
