About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive volume growth across markets, expand our market share, and enhance the width of distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on increasing brand presence and penetrating new territories. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be key to leading the sales strategy and ensuring profitable expansion.

Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for the state, aligned with overall company goals. Identify new business opportunities, set clear objectives, and ensure the effective implementation of sales plans.
  • Revenue & Profitability: Own and achieve sales targets, ensuring profitable growth in line with company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Team Lead: Led a team of field sales executives to ensure sales volume, market share, and distribution within the territory.
  • Partnerships & Relationship Management: Initiate and close deals to secure a strong market share for our brands while overseeing all aspects of partner relationships, including pitching, negotiation, billing, collection, and problem-solving.
  • Performance Goals: Achieve or exceed the given targets on various parameters within your assigned territory.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Drive business growth through analytical insights and the adoption of advanced tech platforms.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to the senior management team.

What Are We Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role in a reputed organization.
  • Experience in the FMCG or AlcoBev industry is preferred.
  • An MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is preferred.
  • Outstanding sales operations and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to understand the customer's needs.
  • Knowledge of Excel & MS Office visualization is a plus.
