We are looking for a Sales Retention Specialist with 1-5 years of experience in the Indian job market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining existing customers by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
