Job Title: Sales Representative (Incentive-Based)

  • Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our photography and videography services, including shoots for weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. You will work on an incentive basis, earning commissions based on sales performance. Your role will involve client acquisition, managing shoot details, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media to promote our shoot services.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions that align with our service offerings.
Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on our services, including different types of shoots, packages, and pricing, to help clients make informed decisions.
Shoot Management: Coordinate with clients to schedule shoots, discuss requirements, and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after the shoot.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and handle all paperwork related to sales and bookings.
Performance Tracking: Monitor your sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve or exceed targets, with a focus on maximizing incentives.
Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure client expectations are met and to facilitate smooth execution of shoots.
  • Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry such as photography or events.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively on an incentive-based compensation structure.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track leads and manage client information.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Preferred Skills:
Experience in the photography or videography industry.
  • Familiarity with event planning and shoot coordination.
Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
