Responsibilities
- Responsible for Business Development for increasing sales by selling it to corporates.
- Generating New leads and Prospects, fix an appointment with them briefing about company and products & services to offer as per requirement.
- Monitoring inventory in stores and handling the Operational part of Institutional Business Department.
- Responsible for getting new business and Retention of existing customers.
- Handling the Channel Partners, agencies, for smooth business operations.
- Customer Surveys and regular monitoring of O/s Payments.
- Chasing and achieving revenue targets month on month basis.
- Monitoring the discount factor and credit terms for sales to corporates.
- Conceptualizing the promotions to drive the repeat purchase among corporate clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate selling, SME sales, distribution management, institutional sales, channel sales, key accounts, enterprise sales, corporate sales, B2B sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
