Job Description

This vacancy is for leading Steel Processor Unit in Assam

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business Development for increasing sales by selling it to corporates.
  • Generating New leads and Prospects, fix an appointment with them briefing about company and products & services to offer as per requirement.
  • Monitoring inventory in stores and handling the Operational part of Institutional Business Department.
  • Responsible for getting new business and Retention of existing customers.
  • Handling the Channel Partners, agencies, for smooth business operations.
  • Customer Surveys and regular monitoring of O/s Payments.
  • Chasing and achieving revenue targets month on month basis.
  • Monitoring the discount factor and credit terms for sales to corporates.
  • Conceptualizing the promotions to drive the repeat purchase among corporate clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate selling, SME sales, distribution management, institutional sales, channel sales, key accounts, enterprise sales, corporate sales, B2B sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
