Job Title: Sales Representative for
Texes Connect Pvt Ltd.(Telecommunication Service provider)
As a Sales Representative for Texes,
you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business relationships within the Internet Telecom sector. Your primary focus will be on selling ILL connectivity /MPLS & Hardware solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored Telecom services to meet those needs.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential corporate clients within the Uttar Pradesh (East and West) and Uttarkhand
.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Utilize online platforms, industry events, and trade shows to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients business objectives and challenges to provide relevant solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Present our products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients to secure deals.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Conduct regular analysis of market segments, customer needs, and buying behaviors.
Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and product development to meet client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure alignment on sales objectives and priorities.
BBA/MBA/B.Tech or a related field ( experienced candidate preferred).

Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Candidate should have good communication to convince the customers.
Candidate having own conveyance also preferred.
