Sales Representative

Job Brief:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The individual will be responsible for selling HR recruitment and training services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.

• Develop a deep understanding of company services to articulate value propositions to clients.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and create reports on sales metrics.

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in HR recruitment and training.

• Continuously improve through feedback.

• Requirements:

Proven sales experience in HR recruitment and/or training services.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
