Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and offering personalized fashion advice.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our clothing lines, including styles, fabrics, and trends, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.Sales Techniques:
Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve store operations and product offerings.
Sales Reporting:
Keep accurate records of sales transactions and provide feedback on sales performance to management.Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, merchandising, or related fields is a plus.Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry.
