We provide hardware, software, training, and global certification services to educational institutes across India.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and ensuring closure to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads: Identify and research potential educational institutes across India that could benefit from Maxwell Automations products and service
Prospecting: Reach out to leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events to introduce Maxwell Automations offerings and build relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect and tailor Maxwell Automations solutions to address their specific requirements.
Demonstration and Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of Maxwell Automations products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closure
: Work closely with prospects to address objections, negotiate terms and pricing, and successfully close deals to achieve sales targetsRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the education sector, preferably selling hardware, software, or training services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
