Job Overview

Linearloop is seeking an experienced Sales Representative with 2+ years in sales to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships. You will play a key role in introducing clients to our software solutions and expanding our presence in the market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present Linearloop's software development solutions effectively, tailored to client needs.
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships to drive long-term success.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand clients business needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their challenges.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop customized proposals and close deals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
  • Represent Linearloop at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in software, IT services, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
