Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Kunj Motors, you will play a key role in enhancing our customer experience and achieving our sales goals. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process of our luxury pre-owned vehicles.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales deals effectively. Ensure a smooth and satisfactory buying experience for customers.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits of each vehicle.Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury vehicles and their market appeal.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
