Job Descriptions:- Developing sales plans, strategies, and activities to meet the monthly budget target.
Investigate new business opportunities and increase market share both online and offline.- Responsible for hosting professional presentations of our standard product line to our clients.
Develop and maintain strong existing customer relationships and loyalty to ensure that our services are well-received by our clients.
- Ensure that customer goals are communicated to the appropriate operational team.
Responsible for creating and responding to customer profiles, as well as needs/complaints/inquiries.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / A Levels / Certificate / Diploma / Degree or higher field.- 2 years experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role.
Candidate must have relevant experience in sales or administration as role requires sufficient knowledge in both fields.
- Familiar with the logistics industry.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Mandarin
would be an added advantage. A quick learner and willing to work as a team.
- Good time management skills.
