Description
We are looking for an experienced inside sales professional, a deal-closer, somebody who can find new leads,
follow the leads, and make conversions.
The role is a critical part of our sales and marketing team, and our first interaction point with potential and future
customers. You will be expected to follow-up with new and returning leads, and establish yourself as a trusted
representative of the Logitech B2B business.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, tech savy, curious and motivated, enjoys working with in a dynamic and
fast-moving environment.

You Will
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
Make outbound calls to potential customers, and BANT qualify a lead
Understand customers needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities; upsell and cross sell
products and services
Answer potential customers questions and sending additional information
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Assign leads to respective Sales Rep, Partner and Distributor in SFDC and follow up on conversion and lead
value ($)
Create, upload and track leads through campaign IDs.
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
Effective lead management to ensure prompt conversion and closure of unqualified leads
Work with lead generation agencies
Weekly lead reporting
Keep up with product and service information and updates to effectively educate, explain and
demonstrate features of products and services
Stay informed about competing products and services
