The Role

Job Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Scientific Equipment Source Inc., you will be a key player in assisting potential clients through their purchasing journey. You will handle inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our lab equipment, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them towards the right solutions. We are seeking a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for scientific advancements, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking information about our scientific equipment.
  • Product Consultation: Provide detailed information about our product portfolio, explaining features, benefits, and addressing customer inquiries to help them make informed decisions.
  • Customer Guidance: Assist customers in selecting the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs, budget constraints, and technical requirements.
  • Order Processing: Guide customers through the order process, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with relevant teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Consumer Health, Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech and Medical Devices industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
