Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Hellofixy , a fast-growing handyman service provider in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and promoting our services across various channels. This role involves direct client interactions, traveling within the city to meet prospective customers, and building lasting relationships with businesses and homeowners.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and service bookings.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including businesses, property owners, and residential customers.
Promote company services such as electrical work, plumbing, AC maintenance, pest control, laundry services, etc.- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Manage and grow client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to build brand awareness.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.- Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust marketing plans and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Willingness to travel locally as required.- Fluency in Tamil and English.
