Role Description

We are currently seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Team as a full-time remote team member. As a Sales Team Member at FunFox, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping students and parents navigate our programs and the education system, and convert leads into long-term clients by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process

Responsibilities

  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our reading and writing programs.
  • Assisting students and parents in navigating our programs and the education system.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to messages, emails, and inquiries on Meta and WhatsApp.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all users.

Requirements

  • A passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in our programs.
  • Familiarity with online communication platforms and tools.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
