Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role at Flyweis Technology. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, conducting presentations, and negotiating deals. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Generating Leads: Actively prospecting for new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
Qualifying Leads: Evaluating and qualifying leads to determine their suitability and potential value to the organization. This involves understanding the client's needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to assess whether they are a good fit for the company's services.
Consultative Selling: Engaging with prospective clients in consultative selling conversations to understand their challenges, objectives, and pain points. Providing tailored solutions and recommendations that align with the client's needs and offer value-added benefits.
Proposal Development: Creating and presenting proposals, quotes, and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's IT services, including detailed scope of work, pricing, and deliverables.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to reach mutually beneficial terms. Closing deals and securing commitments from clients to move forward with the engagement. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the services delivered.
Pipeline Management: Managing a sales pipeline effectively by tracking and prioritizing leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems. Forecasting sales projections and providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product/service knowledge through ongoing training, workshops, certifications, and participation in industry events.
Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving or exceeding sales targets, quotas, and revenue goals set by the organization, and taking proactive measures to overcome obstacles and drive results. Salary Perks: Starting 18,000 - 26,000 Per Month Increment will be there
