  • Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our EdTech solutions to nursing colleges, students, and healthcare institutions. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and fluency in either Malayalam or Hindi. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving the growth of EZINURSE.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers, including nursing colleges, healthcare institutions, and individual students.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including college administrators, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of EZINURSE.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Understand the needs and challenges of nursing students and institutions to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
  • Gather and report market intelligence to help shape sales strategies and product development.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, healthcare, or education sectors.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in either Malayalam or Hindi is required.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
