We are seeking 2-3 highly professional and motivated Sales Executives/Real Estate Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for selling, pitching, and showcasing our luxury properties to an elite, high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with high-profile clients to understand their requirements and offer personalized real estate solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and professionally showcase apartments/rooms, highlighting their premium features and location advantages.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Handle negotiations and closing of rental deals with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, especially in luxury housing, to effectively pitch to clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales, preferably in South Delhi or similar upscale markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals with poise.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of the South Delhi real estate market is a plus.
- Flexibility to meet clients at their convenience, including evenings and weekends.
