Job Summary:
The Sales Representative & Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our products/services, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and directly closing sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a BPO setting, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build rapport and close deals with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Introduce and explain Bright Child Foundation's products/services to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, appointments, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment or made a purchase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that appointments are followed up on and converted into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO, telemarketing, or sales environment.
- Proven track record of successfully setting appointments and closing sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
