Job Description


  • Source new clients for wealth management and other financial products.
  • Effectively maintain client relationships with follow-up, servicing needs & collecting regular feedback.
  • Distribute various investment products to existing and new clients
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.

Required Skills:
  • Some understanding of financial markets. You will be trained and certified before you can distribute financial products.
  • NISM modules for distributors will be required to be cleared before starting the distribution of products.
  • Smart, confident, and outgoing personality
  • Very good communication skills, especially verbal

Pre-requisites:
  • Willing to work in a fluid environment of startups.
  • Willing to excel in sales profile. This is a sales job.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs
  • Multitasking skills. Must be based out of Gurugram
