Job description:
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for wealth product offerings.
Explain investment products, benefits, and other details to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
Build and maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall team performance.
Keep updated on industry trends and product knowledge related to investments.
Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance/credit card/wealth
management sector.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with investment products and terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Experience Required:- 1-5 years of work experience in sales, banking, insurance and Edtech
preferred.
