About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive sales and business development initiatives within the automotive industry. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Automotive Engineering).
- Experience: 10-15 years of proven track record in sales and business development within the automotive industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
