Job Title: Sales Professional - Digital Marketing Recruitment and Sales(US and/or Indian Markets)

Reports to: Sales Manager/Director

Location: [Sector-62. Noida]

Job Type: Full-time

We are a leading professional services group with a global presence, seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with experience in placing digital marketing professionals and selling digital marketing services to clients in the US and Indian markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and recruitment within the digital marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients in the US and Indian markets to sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and customize service proposals and presentations tailored to US and Indian market needs.
  • Bring in any existing rolodex of clients to provide Digital Marketing Services.

Recruitment:

  • Source and qualify top digital marketing talent (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) for US and Indian clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of digital marketing professionals in both markets.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to placement.

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the US and Indian markets.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.

Market Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and industry developments in the US and Indian markets.
  • Share market insights with the team to enhance sales and recruitment strategies.

Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and recruitment activities.
  • Update CRM systems with sales leads, client interactions, and candidate information.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales quotas and placement targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales and recruitment experience in digital marketing, focusing on US and Indian markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends in both markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Certification in digital marketing or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with US and Indian market dynamics.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages (desirable).
