- Attain sales objectives and targets on-time
- Facilitate project execution for activities like: getting approvals from customer, resolving disputes, securing payments, etc.
- Coordinate with customers for after sales services
- Define installed base of potential customers in the territory. Regular interaction with installed base in the territory for value added products and services
- Identify and nurture potential multiplayers in the territory
- Formulate strategies and reach out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion
- Identify potential competitors in the territory, their strength, weakness etc. and device a competition strategy
- Executebusiness plans through formulation of sales strategy
- Manage and increase sales volume, ensure accomplishment of set business targets
- Identify new competing technologies and solutions offered by the competitors and capture authentic customer voice for the same
- Develop business in industrial segments such as dairy, distilleries, sugar, pharma, paper and pulp, power, oil, and petrochemicals
Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in WWTP sales or business development
Qualification: Diploma/B.E. Mech/Chemical engineering or any post graduate
Knowledge/Skills:
- Should have successfully executed business plans to achieve sales targets
- Exposure to waste water treatment plants basic design
- Should have a strong database of potential customers and good personal network
- Exposure to local markets and segment wise client base
- Ability to manageand analyseproject budget and expenses. Generateand issueregular internal and external project reporting. Proactively identify changes in project.
