Job Title: Sales Process Specialist- Timings: 10 a.m to 6:30 p.m
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various channels such as digital marketing, networking events, and partnerships. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- 2. Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement tools and techniques to streamline workflows, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance sales team productivity.
- 3. Outbound Customer Engagement: Design and execute outbound communication strategies to engage prospects and existing customers. Develop compelling messaging and content to drive interest and conversion.
- 4. Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services and create loyalty programs to reward loyal customers.
- 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- 6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- 7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to lead generation, sales, and customer engagement. Continuously improve processes and strategies to drive better results.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in lead generation, sales optimization, and customer engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis tool
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and challenges

Pay: 20,179.98 - 40,888.56 per month
