Job Description

. Supports in Newsletter preparation.

. Participate in account review planning.

. Supports in preparing presentation, documents related to the project/event/task.

. Point of contact for various new activities/ events happening in MU

. Communicate minutes of meetings to the audience.

. Actively coordinate with theSalesteam and follow up on different tasks.

. Providing detailed updates to stakeholders and informing them of delays, supports in scheduling marketing events.

. Develop strong relationships across internal and external support groups enable effective teamwork to ensure key deliverables are met.

Primary Skills

. Strong communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English

. Self-starter with a high degree of ownership

. Proficiency in MS Office Suite

. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

. Attention to detail

. Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations

. Good to have knowledge of overallSalesprocess
