. Responsible for management of channel budgets & spends along with delivery of top-line & gross-sale AOP for the year inline with the strategy
. Development & design of the right commercial input levers for the channel within the strategic framework keeping in mind the hygiene in trade.
. Development & deployment of right analytical tools, insights and RGM principles to measure & refine strategic commercial inputs & opportunities for business
. Development of the right sales forecast & spend budget for the annual and monthly planning cycles for the channel
. Spotlighting, sizing, GTM development and tracking of new product launches in the channel in partnership with marketing, sales & supply chain teams.
. Development, deployment and refining the right Rewards & Recognition programs for the promoters and beauty advisors.
. Contribute, in required facility, to various Zone & Country commercial projects.
. Enable, mentor and develop direct and indirect teams members for higher-order future opportunities in the organizationce.
