Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Analyst to join our team. This role will support our Partnerships Lead and Community Manager in driving sales initiatives and forging strong relationships with our partners. The ideal candidate will have a knack for data analysis and a passion for the D2C landscape. This role is located in Gurugram.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the Partnerships Lead in managing relationships with existing partners and onboarding new ones.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to leverage community insights for partnership development.
- Prepare regular reports on sales & partnership metrics, including pipeline analysis and partnership outcomes.
- Participate in D2C Insider events and contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about the D2C industry and up-to-date with the latest trends.
